Biscoff Fluff is a creamy, fluffy dessert dip combining smooth cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and flavorful Biscoff cookie butter. Mixed with whipped topping, crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs, and mini chocolate chips, this easy no-bake dip is perfect served chilled alongside cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 8 ounce brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/4 cups creamy Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed

Mix-ins

  • 10 Biscoff cookies, smashed into crumbs, plus more for garnish and dippers
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for garnish

Dippers (Optional)

  • Biscoff cookies
  • Chocolate graham crackers
  • Pretzels
  • Strawberries
  • Apple slices

Instructions

  1. Beat the base ingredients: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the marshmallow creme and creamy Biscoff cookie butter, continuing to beat until the mixture is well combined. Then add the whole milk and vanilla extract, mixing to incorporate fully.
  2. Fold in mix-ins: Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture, followed by the smashed Biscoff cookie crumbs and mini chocolate chips. Fold carefully until everything is thoroughly combined and fluffy in texture.
  3. Chill the fluff: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Chilling helps the flavors meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  4. Serve and garnish: Before serving, let the dip sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Stir gently and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional mini chocolate chips if desired. Serve with your choice of dippers such as Biscoff cookies, chocolate graham crackers, pretzels, strawberries, or apple slices.

Notes

  • Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature before mixing for a smooth texture.
  • Smashed cookies can be crushed finely or left slightly chunky based on preference.
  • Chilling time is important to enhance flavor and texture.
  • Great as a party dip or dessert spread for casual gatherings.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator and consume within 3–4 days for best freshness.
