Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add Spices: Stir in the ground cumin and smoked paprika, cooking for 1 minute to release their flavors into the oil.
