  • 2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced, seeds and juice removed

Cheese Topping

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare it for baking the casserole.
