Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray or grease lightly with butter to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt Butter: In a large pot over low heat, melt 12 tablespoons (¾ cup) of butter slowly to avoid burning.
  3. Reserve Marshmallows: Set aside one cup of miniature marshmallows for later use in the recipe.
  4. Melt Remaining Marshmallows: Add the rest of the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir over low heat until fully melted and creamy.
  5. Remove from Heat: Take the pot off the heat once the marshmallows are melted completely.
