Parmesan Cream Sauce

Instructions

  3. Make the garlic butter: Reduce the skillet heat to medium and melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them thoroughly in the garlic butter to coat.
  4. Prepare the Parmesan cream sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add finely minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired for a mild kick.
