Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Mixture: Place 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 1 1/3 cups of miniature marshmallows into a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Melt Ingredients on Stove: Heat the saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Continue until the chocolate chips and marshmallows melt completely into a smooth mixture, usually within a few minutes.
