			Protein and Vegetables
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
Oils and Aromatics
- 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Seasoning and Garnish
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Sliced green onions for garnish

- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional sesame oil until well combined. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.
- Sauté broccoli: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are bright green and just tender. Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook ground chicken: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil to the same skillet. Add ground chicken and season with salt and black pepper. Break the chicken into small pieces and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes until it is browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic to the browned chicken and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add sauce and simmer: Pour the prepared honey sriracha sauce over the chicken. Stir well to coat all the meat. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine broccoli and chicken: Return the sautéed broccoli to the skillet with the chicken and toss everything together to ensure the broccoli is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the top just before serving for added flavor and texture. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.

		Notes

- For a gluten-free version, use tamari sauce instead of soy sauce.
- The sesame oil and red pepper flakes are optional but add extra depth and heat.
- You can substitute ground turkey or lean pork for a different protein option.
- Adjust sriracha quantity to control spice level.
- Serve over steamed rice, quinoa, or noodles for a complete meal.
